Strategic Thinking for Non-Executives

No matter what role you play at your organization, incorporating strategic thinking into the work that you do can have a profound impact on the entire nonprofit—helping to create efficiencies, develop new ideas, make connections where they did not previously exist, and more. This class will teach you what it means to use strategic thinking at all levels of a nonprofit, how to apply strategic thinking to your everyday work, and how different strategic plans in an organization can and should integrate with one another. We’ll also cover an overview of organizational strategic planning, focusing on different approaches to strategic planning as well as the different roles and processes involved in developing strategic plans.
