And yet, the natural resistance people have to changes in the status quo is a major challenge for most leaders. In this class, participants will learn techniques for formulating strategic change initiatives and for leading people through the transition process. The focus will be on several practical tools to aid leaders in guiding staff, volunteers, and Board members through the stages in the change process. The day will be highly participatory and use a variety of active learning methods including multi-media, case studies, and class discussions.
