Communications Planning

Are you feeling overwhelmed with planning events, writing newsletters and updating social media?  Are all your communication efforts effective?  A good communications plan ensures you’re doing the right work, pursuing the right goals, and doing it the best way when there are always other options and choices for the use of your limited resources.  In this course, you’ll learn how to write a strategic communications plan that will organize your communications with a written blueprint for actions and activities: what, how, when, where, and to whom you should be communicating.
