Case Management III: Securing Affordable Housing with Clients

This course is the third and final course in the Case Management Certificate Program (courses can be taken out of order). Homeless and low-income individuals and families have multiple barriers to locating and securing permanent, affordable housing. In this course, participants learn how to help their clients increase their financial literacy in order to obtain and maintain permanent housing. Participants also learn how to identify, prioritize and address housing barriers as well as how to work with local landlords to develop productive relationships.
